Milina

Milina is a Bulgarian national dish very similar to Moldovan placinths. We stand on this – on the unity of traditions, values, on the symbiosis of recipes and cultural characteristics. Milina not only strives to innovate, but also carefully preserves the old traditions of baking. The company is especially proud of breads made from premium flour “Milina”, “Yuzhny”, as well as wheat-rye “Monastyrskiy” and “Monastyrskiy with caraway seeds”, which are made on the basis of live rye sourdough according to a traditional, original recipe.
